LicenseDigest ("the Service") is a weekly email report and CSV file compiled from public records published by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). It is provided by Kummer Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to these terms. LicenseDigest is an independent commercial publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of DBPR, the State of Florida, or any government agency, and nothing in the Service is an official government record or communication.
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time by replying to any report or emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by law or where we failed to deliver a report in a paid period, in which case we will credit or refund that period on request.
All records originate from DBPR public extracts and are reproduced as published, with classification and grouping added by us. Public records contain errors and change without notice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for verifying any record before relying on it, including with DBPR's own license search.
You may use the reports for your own business prospecting and research. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the reports or the underlying data, or use them to build a competing data product. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to how you contact anyone identified in a report, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry, Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act (F.S. 501.059), CAN-SPAM, and applicable insurance and professional-conduct rules. The Service does not include telephone numbers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business.
We may change the Service, these terms or pricing with notice by email; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of section 4. We may discontinue the Service; if we do, we will refund any prepaid period not delivered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida. If any provision is unenforceable the remainder stays in effect. Contact: support@licensedigest.com.
