From subscribers and prospects: your name, business email, company, territory selection, and billing details processed by Stripe (we never see full card numbers). From email interaction: replies, delivery and bounce status. From public records: the DBPR licensee and applicant extracts described on our home page; these describe licensed contractors and applicants, not our subscribers.
To deliver the weekly report you subscribed to, to bill you, to answer support requests, to honor opt-outs, and — for prospects we contact — to send a small number of clearly identified commercial emails with a working unsubscribe. We do not sell subscriber or prospect information.
Reports contain business names, licensee names, license types, license numbers, cities and counties as published by DBPR under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. We do not add data from people-search or social-media sources and we do not distribute telephone numbers. If you are a licensee and want your record excluded from our reports, email support@licensedigest.com and we will honor the request within ten business days.
Every commercial email identifies Kummer Ventures LLC, includes a postal address and a working unsubscribe; opt-outs are processed within one business day and kept on a suppression list so you are not contacted again.
Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and documents), GitHub (automation and storage). Each processes data under its own terms and security programs.
Subscriber records are kept while you subscribe and for up to 3 years afterward for tax and dispute purposes. Weekly report files are retained as an audit trail. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@licensedigest.com. We use encrypted transport and access-controlled systems but no method is perfectly secure.
