Any county or region we cover, for the dates you pick, in one spreadsheet with the same columns as the weekly list. It costs the same as the matching plan for the same stretch. One payment, and nothing renews unless we've agreed that with you first.
Most county lists show only the expiration date. Where a county keeps each contractor's certificate of insurance, I can put together a file with the insurance carrier, the policy number and the expiration date. It covers a few counties so far, so email me and I'll tell you what I have for your area.
